Your income must be verified as part of Community Room Rental's application process. Applicants may choose to have their income verified by uploading supporting documents such as pay stubs, bank statements, deposit statements or award letters.

When you pass our Membership criteria and your income is verified, you will be approved for a room. 

• W-2 or 1099 applicants will be approved for a room rate equal to half their verified monthly income.
• Applicants on SSI will be approved for a room rate equal to 2/3 their monthly income. 

You can still qualify for Membership if you are on unemployment or between jobs, but you will need to pay a larger deposit equal to one month’s rent.
