We work to empower our Members to troubleshoot and address downed internet issues themselves. This prevents the delay in sending out our technician:
1. Power cycle AT&T Gateway - unplug router and modem, wait 60 seconds, let them reboot and see if that fixes it. DO NOT reset router to factory settings as it will lose all programming.
2. Check cables and make sure everything’s connected.
3. If all that fails, call AT&T support 704-890-2204. Just need to provide your address.
4. We can't trouble shoot from our side unfortunately. If still having problems, let us know and we can come out the next day to fix it or dispatch a technician.
Alternatively, if you’re rather have our maintenance team address it, you can submit a Maintenance Request and your internet issues will be placed in the next available time slot.
