If you've decided to stay in your Community Room Rental, canceling your move-out date is easy. Contact Member Services to ensure the room is not already rented. If so, we can work to send a new lease. 

Please note:

• There is a $25 cancellation fee applied
• You must cancel your move-out before your scheduled move-out date. If you wait until your move-out day to cancel, your room may already be rented to someone else.
