Inspiration And Motivation
In strong communities there is always someone doing something amazing (in fact many people!), if not organically (workout groups, international mixers, pub crawls, movie night, social dinners, networking events, etc.) then organized by us (i.e. Valentines party, group spartan race, etc.), which can have the effect of inspiring you to go harder and achieve bigger goals.
Shared Lessons
Rather than having to learn from your own mistakes or successes you can reach out to the community and ask if anyone has had an experience that could be valuable to your situation. From finding a good mechanic, advice on the best date locations, or even stepping you through how to land that next big job.
Contacts & Networking
In life and in business you are always in need of a particular service/support or may like to meet a particular person. When you are involved in a community it is highly likely that someone you know will be able to make an introduction for you.
New Experiences
Successful people are always doing cool stuff and when you are associated with them you often get to go along for the ride. Whether it’s a social activity, a once in a lifetime experience or a business opportunity, there is always an opportunity to be had.
Recreation & Fun
We are social animals and when you are part of a community there are always social aspects involved that you can have a lot of fun at. We have weekly and monthly scheduled events, but of course we seem to notice each house sets up its own adventures at times. Everything from work out groups, to reading clubs, to summer concerts, to cooking classes.
We currently have homes in Southpark, NoDa, Matthews, Pineville, Steele Creek, Stonehaven, Cotswold, Ballantyne and Piper Glenn. Our focus is on locations near business centers throughout metro Charlotte.

Due to our overwhelming demand, we found providing a virtual walkthrough of the space combined with embedded notes in the showing as well as a companion video that talks about What we do and How we do it provides ample information to make a decision to move forward with an application. After your application is processed, we DO provide a live Zoom meeting with one of our agents to walk through any questions you have.
Depends upon the house. Each house has rooms ranging from large master bedrooms to guest rooms. Some have large rooms above garages, former rec rooms, and many other options. In the 3D imaging, there is a tool to measure the space to see the size of any room or closet.
We have a streamlined process that makes it easy and comfortable for you to find the room you're looking for:
We have leases ranging from 6-month to year long leases. Longer leases give you a discount of course!
Easy! All utilities are included. Trash, water, sewage, wifi, gas and electricity.
We want the house to be interactive and TV seems to always shut that down. However, you are free to put a TV in your room, attach an antenna or stream content.
Yes, you can transition to another room or another location and we won’t consider it a break of your lease. There is a $100 transfer fee.
Chances are YES, as we are constantly adding new places. Check with us on our master plans.
We have several steps we go through for every applicant to make sure they fit the house. Couch potatoes need not apply! Each applicant is interviewed, must pass a criminal background search, and agree to the common house guidelines. This weeds out those that just want a cheap place!
The house comes fully furnished with the items in the kitchen, living room and shared spaces you need to live comfortably. However, we do not furnish bedrooms directly. However, we have a partnership with Ikea to obtain the Essentials Kit for furnishing your room on a budget.
$500 of the security deposit and $400 is refundable.
We are commited to align our site to WCAG standards.
Some employers and online programs will require a wired connection to the router. Running an ethernet wire through the house is a liability, so instead we suggest the solution of a Powerline Giabit Port. Most popular one used is by NETGEAR, however ther are many manufactures for this technology that uses existing electrical wiring to extend internet access to any room.
Our online portal allows you to login and pay rent as well as make maintenace requests. Just go to our home page and login on the top right.
